    Despite his administrative and teaching responsibilities, Aby Paul\u2019s passion for research never waned. In 2014, he was awarded a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Calicut. The same year, he received both the District and State Best Teacher Awards, recognizing his contributions to education. His school continued to undertake various social upliftment projects, such as the Hair Donation Campaign, which saw 117 girl students donating their hair to cancer patients at Amala Cancer Institute, Thrissur. His shift from a scientist to a higher secondary teacher and eventually to the head of the institution in 2004 marked the beginning of massive transformations at Chaldean Syrian HSS.
